Delivery
How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive within 4 to 9 working days. Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse rather than a UK stockroom, which is the trade-off that keeps our prices where they are.
How much is delivery?
A flat £3.99 per order. Buy two or more items and delivery is free — it comes off automatically at checkout, no code needed.
Will I have to pay import duty or customs charges?
No. Every item we sell is priced below the UK's £135 low-value threshold, so no customs duty applies to UK orders. There's nothing to pay on delivery.
Do I get tracking?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
If there's been no tracking movement for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email us and we'll investigate and put it right.
Returns
What's your returns policy?
You can cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging, and return postage is your responsibility unless the item was faulty or wrong.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or short video, and we'll either replace it or refund you in full including delivery. You won't pay anything, and in most cases you won't need to post anything back.
Why only 48 hours to report damage?
Our supplier gives us a very short window to raise these claims. Report it quickly and we can sort it properly; report it late and we may not be able to recover the cost.
Products
What size posture corrector do I need?
Measure around the fullest part of your chest. S fits 30–34in, M fits 34–38in, L fits 38–42in, XL fits 42–46in, XXL fits 46–50in. Between two sizes, take the larger — the straps tighten down but they don't let out.
Will a posture corrector actually fix my posture?
Not on its own, and we'd rather say so. Worn a couple of hours a day it retrains where your shoulders sit. Worn constantly, it does the work your own back muscles should be doing, which is the opposite of what you want.
How do I know if I need a footrest?
If your feet dangle or sit flat with your knees higher than your hips when your chair is at typing height, a footrest closes that gap. It's a cheap fix for a posture issue that starts at the floor, not the chair — see our guide to desk posture and back pain for the full picture.
What height should my monitor be?
As a general rule, the top of your screen should sit at or just below eye level, with the screen roughly an arm's length away. Laptop-only setups are almost always too low by this measure — a stand raises the screen without needing a separate monitor. More detail in our monitor height and eye strain guide.
Do blue light glasses actually help with eye strain?
They reduce one contributor to tired eyes, not all of them — screen height, glare and simply not taking breaks matter at least as much. We'd suggest fixing height and lighting first, then adding blue light glasses on top if you're still getting tired eyes by evening.
Why are your prices lower than high street equivalents?
No showroom, no UK warehouse, no branded markup. The trade-off is a 4-9 working day delivery window rather than next-day shipping.

Do you offer any bulk discounts?
Yes. Two or more items gets you free delivery. Four or more items gets 10% off the order as well. Both apply automatically at checkout.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Right now we're UK-only. We'd rather do one market properly than several badly.
