Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them.
• To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
• If your item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

We do not accept returns on items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery through no fault of our own.
