Shipping Policy

Orders typically ship from our supplier and arrive within 1–2 weeks, though some items may take longer during busy periods.

A flat shipping fee of £3.99 applies at checkout on all orders.

Customs and import duty: our products are all priced below the UK's £135 low-value goods threshold, so customs duty does not apply to orders shipped to the UK. All prices shown include any applicable UK VAT.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation or tracking update within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us and we'll look into it.
